Hi there, I’m Katheryn!
I’m the CEO of Thrive Tokyo Co., Ltd. as well as a Coach and Trainer who helps people adjust to new challenges with ease and alignment.
I’m a trained Executive, Leadership & Wellness coach (PCC) who has trained and coached thousands of professionals since 2016.
I discovered that the key to success for people in Japan is a clear purpose, cultural insights, and community. If even one of these is missing, people can feel lost or isolated.
I started Thrive Tokyo to offer coaching, leadership skills training, and community gatherings to help people with sustainable success.
