I am the CEO of Thrive Tokyo Co., Ltd., a corporate trainer, and an ICF-certified Executive Coach (PCC). I partner with companies by providing training and coaching solutions to their multicultural professionals in Japan so that their talent can lead with clarity, confidence, and cultural awareness.
Back in 2016, I started Thrive Tokyo Co., Ltd. with the intention to help professionals with work-life balance…
…little did I know, I’d go down an incredibly rewarding path of helping people through critical transitions, including preparing emerging talent for leadership roles, bringing seasoned leaders up to speed in new challenges, and working with senior executives new to Japanese culture through private training and coaching.
My purpose is to give companies a boutique, high-impact option for leadership development through programs that blend practical skills with mindset and cultural insight.
