Create Your Talent Development Plan
FREE 60-MINUTE PLANNING SESSION
A free planning session for leaders responsible for developing people but who don’t yet have a fully formed solution
You know your people need development. But turning “we need better communication” or “our managers need more support” into a concrete plan - and getting stakeholders behind it - is another story.
Join me for a practical working session to turn the challenges you’re seeing into clearer development priorities, objectives, and a first step you can actually move forward with.
[DATE/TIME]
Leave the session with a Talent Development Brief
I'll guide you through a simple one-page Development Brief during the session so you leave with greater clarity on:
The organizational challenge you're trying to address and what you want people to do differently
Who exactly you're developing
How to determine whether your goals call for training, facilitation, or coaching
Different kinds of training topics and what each address
What data you’ll need to make the case internally
A practical place to start so you can get the ball rolling
Is this for you?
This is for you if:
You're responsible for people development in your organization and you:
See a genuine development need but aren't yet sure what the solution should be.
Want development to change behavior, not simply check a training box.
Have several potential priorities and need to decide where to start.
Need greater clarity before requesting stakeholder or budget approval.
Are thinking seriously about what your people need in 2027, and may even want to trial a session within 2026..
This is not for you if:
You already have a fully designed program and only need someone to deliver your existing curriculum.
You're looking for remedial coaching for an individual “problem employee.”
Your only requirement is Japanese-language delivery of an existing program.
You're simply looking for the cheapest training provider.
Hi there, I’m Katheryn!
I’m a PCC level Leadership Coach, TEDx Speaker, and founder of Thrive Tokyo.
For more than a decade, I've worked with organizations from SMEs to multinational corporations in Japan to develop leaders through training, facilitation and executive coaching.
What I've learned is that the initial request — “we need communication training” — is often only the beginning of the conversation. The most valuable approach you can take is take a moment to really understand the needs of your organization so that you can design a development approach that will make a meaningful impact.
That's exactly what we'll do together in this session!
