I am the CEO of Thrive Tokyo Co., Ltd., a corporate trainer, and an ICF-certified Executive Coach (PCC). I help multicultural professionals prepare for and integrate into new roles by partnering with companies to provide training and coaching solutions.
Back in 2016, I started Thrive Tokyo Co., Ltd. with the intention to help professionals with work-life balance. Little did I know, I’d go down an incredibly rewarding path of helping people through critical transitions, including preparing emerging talent for leadership roles, bringing seasoned leaders up to speed in new challenges, and working with senior executives new to Japanese culture through private training and coaching.
My purpose is to give companies a boutique, high-impact option for leadership development through programs that blend practical skills with mindset and cultural insight.
