Which of these barriers to training best resonates with your company?

A

Your company does not offer training…

…due to a lack of internal resources and not enough participants to justify bringing in an external trainer.

One of these? A mix? Something else?

These barriers impact your people - and your business - in 3 major ways

When employees have to wait for training (or don’t get any training at all), they wind up needing to learn on the job, wonder why they are taking a training that doesn’t meet their needs, and attend training when it fits the company’s calendar as opposed to the timing of their needs.

B

Your company does offer training, however…

…training gets delayed due to waiting to accommodate future hires or to avoid business disruptions.

C

Your company does offer training, however…

…there are number of logistical issues (scheduling conflicts, meeting room availability, etc.)

Training accessibility and relevance is a widespread issue

According to a study featured in Forbes and Harvard Business Review, 50-70% of executives fail in their first 18 months.

Why? 76% of these leaders said that development opportunities were inadequate.

If experienced professionals struggle this much, what does that mean for Leaders in general?

How can we make leadership development timely and relevant?
