Presentation Skills Training
Design and deliver presentations that inform, influence, and inspire
Overview
Presentations are no longer just slides; they’re moments of leadership. This program helps participants move beyond “reading the deck” to delivering messages that are clear, engaging, and persuasive.
This is a two-day workshop. On day one, they learn the key content ingredients to engage an audience, how to structure content, and how to deliver with influence. Then, on day two, they put everything into practice with live presentations and feedback.
Program Flow: Discovery → Activity → Introspection
1. Discovery
Participants start by exploring what makes a presentation memorable (and what makes it forgettable). They identify their own presentation habits, strengths, and growth areas, and learn simple frameworks for audience-centered messaging.
2. Activity
Step by step, they design and refine a real presentation including clarifying their key message, shaping the story, and integrating visuals. They practice delivery in small groups, focusing on voice, body language, and managing nerves.
3. Introspection
On day two, each person will present and structured feedback from their peers and trainer(s), and reflects on how they want to show up as a presenter going forward. They leave with a concrete development focus and a presentation framework they can adapt and reuse.
