Participants learn practical tools to prioritize effectively, set boundaries, and manage energy instead of just hours—so they can work with more focus, ease, and meaning.

1. Discover
Reflect on where time and energy are being spent, and identify patterns that cause overwhelm or inefficiency.
2. Activity
Learn and apply simple productivity frameworks for prioritizing what matters most. Practice real-world scenarios such as handling requests, scheduling deep-work time, and setting boundaries.
3. Introspection
Identify one small “1-degree shift” to create immediate, sustainable improvement in your workday.
